Reminds me of Richard Speck, the guy who killed 8 nurses in one night, towards the end of his stay in prison he was given HRT and had a pair of tits and used as a cumbucket by his fellow inmates.

People are allowed to do that but as soon as they do the cops ought to go looking into whether they're actually into that and put them into a list of suspects for whenever shit like that happens. It worked out pretty well in this case.
