Trust me, a gyno knows at first glance. I used to work in a hospital and I’ve heard some real horror stories. If people think that cutting their knobs off will make them happy, that’s none of my business. But anyone who does that thinking they’ll get a fully -functioning set of female genitalia is in for a horrible surprise.
