If I recall April's story correctly from back when she was with Imholte, she only has one Ovary, and has additional health complications that make her infertile, so if she is pregnant (and those stories were true) it would be something of a miracle.

I suppose it would be a Ralpha-male style win for Nick over his hated rival, what with the liberal use of medicinal cocaine allowing his seed to find purchase where Aaron's couldn't. Big L for everyone else though, especially a doomed new child.
