Gonna controversially say that I quite like the athleticism of the Zoe person dancing, reminds me of my youth and Love Parade/Mayday parties back in the days, shame about the stupid sexuality/politics crap.

There is a bit of a sad truth to this, as I'm sure there's enough troons with no employable skills in places where the job market is already full, but the bigger factor usually is that said troon needs to take a fucking shower & stop dressing like a fucking fashion disaster if they're visibly shocked. If they're not shocked by the face, then their attitude might be the thing that prevents them.
...or, you know, most AGPs encourage other AGPs to get into sex work and they don't even bother going for a real job. Maybe that.

I would never refuse to hire a trans person simply for being trans. However, many troons--especially the extremely online variety--are complete trainwrecks, and I would prefer to avoid hiring trainwecks.

Not only that, but like i said in another thread, if you hire a troon you're opening yourself to a lot of workplace drama and potential discrimination lawsuits for all sorts of idiotic/petty issues. Normal trannies might be bearable, but the terminally online type like Phil or others that populate the Farms have a track record of not being exactly bright or sane. And they take offense to a shitload of stuff.
Any employer would not want to coddle one of their ultra special employees unless they had a very good reason to do so. And hiring a potential lawsuit timebomb that will disrupt the workplace and creep on other employers is usually not a good idea for anyone.

Explain why half the fucking tech industry is ran by you goons? Or why your bff Liz Fong-Jones was a high up in Google until he decided to flex his (at)google dot com email to try and scare people? The trans people who get rejected for work likely have a shitty background and think transitioning will help fix the problem (spoilers, having convictions is still a valid reason not to hire). Troons who have to do GFMs are people who cannot control their spending or limit their earnings (see: a certain shaped person under Kevin Gibe's thread who will never earn their own) to leech off government tugboat payments instead of pushing themselves to earn more. They keep blaming the forum for their woes and problems with work/friends/social circles/whatever, but we all know it's not true in the slightest. Like Null said many times before, Google curates their search results so forum threads about trannies are send to the back end of their search lists. I did this when looking up Aimee Challenor and Zinnia Jones, and despite the forum threads, in 5 pages of search results the forum was nowhere to be seen. I found wikipedia articles, news articles, linkedin, social media... The forum didn't appeared.
But what can you find? About Valens is the several articles about how much of a degenerate sex weirdo he is, as well as his twitter where you can read about his retarded antics. That should already set some alarms off for whoever still has enough brainpower and pattern recognition to know this person is a huge risk for everyone in the workplace, women specially (Since he can still rape people). As well, remember that in this day and age many companies will try their best to avoid discrimination lawsuits at any cost necessary, including not hiring potential dangers like deranged trannies that might sue you and get a position in your company for life where they do nothing yet they still collect a paycheck. The risk is there and whoever doesn't see it is an idiot or willfully blind.
And i'm also ok with employers that give these weirdos job reaping what they sow. After all, it will make people understand the dangers of trannies and the inmense risk they are for anyone. Plus, we might get a few laughs.
