It's difficult to understand his grievance on that suit, but from what I understand, the True and Honest Hippie doesn't jive with the mindset of "I can't take it with me" which led his father to give away a bunch of his assets/possessions to those of his children that he actually liked before he died, and so is attempting to claim those in-life gifts as something he is owed in inheritance.

That most definitely isnt true. I've been on since before the web existed and there were private ISPs back then that only took your name for billing purposes. I hacked into DECservers, Unix and VAX systems among others to gain Internet access. The internet was FAR more anonymous back then and everyone didnt necessarily share their A/S/L willy nilly. Also defense contractor and research orgs didnt use BBSs to gain access. Those were an entirely seperate thing

The legal action, when it comes will not be coming against you from me.. i'm filing a criminal complaint on the site owners, Josh and Addie, suing the law enforcement agencies for denial of my civil rights to peaceful enjoyment of public spaces.

lol. i honestly don't know what my partners were connecting through in 1985. The "network" has been accessible since the 1920's for sending faxes and wasn't generally available to the public until 1995 or so. 1997 is when it started opening up. So what year to you first commit a cyber crime, hero?
