He's had a warrant out in Virginia over "malicious use of gas" since Cville, but this didn't mean anything except that he needed to stay away from Virginia (which is a reward, not a punishment). The problem is that a few years later, a federal judge issued a warrant over his failure to respond to the civil suit against him. So if they pick him up on that, they'll extradite him to Virginia where he'll have to deal with those charges as well. It's been two and a half years since the federal warrant was issued, so it seems like he's very low priority.
