I think Anglin's biggest fault was never trying to play by the rules. I've done a lot to try and keep the edges of the forum from bleeding over 'the line', and it has helped in the long run by managing our liabilities. I think he probably isn't able get the blog up on clearnet because if that default judgment he has against him.
