Mark Saltarelli who also violoated the Jail Doctors Order of his request for me to be placed in a more sensory friendly place at a local mental hostpital as he had accomodations for it. Jail doctor also got denied the charges for harrasment to be dropee because it was a charge for as if I was to be charged for the right to breath.This arrest comes from my having my dad Thomas Ditch Arrested 3 hours prior to me being arrested. My mom who is a RN Janet Ditch refuses to accomendate my disabilty and wanted to bail out my dad Thomas Ditch and because Thomas Ditch was not aloud to be near me and they publicly made fun of me for my being arrested for my disability in public forums on facebook. May I ask for advise - Trigger Warning Here I am being neglected by my parents and the my local police when asking for my medical and services to be provided by my parents who are my legal guardian and my caregivers as US Government deemed me disabled at age 5 with my SSI SSD Checks and police are not willing to enforce my rights. I have no clue why or how I wanted to look up my legal rights that Adult Protective Services and my autism friends who are my voice and advocates for me. I am asking for where to go to. I have an appointment in the morning with the Family Justice Center with Project Hope who are both advocates for those who are domestic violence victems and Project Hope is same thing but for developmental disabilities and autism like me. I have severe autism and very smart. I found out when I was arrested for my disabilty under US Law 42 Section 126 I am protected and I was not willing to file complaint against Officer Bentley who is very nasty and abusive to me and discriminating me and my rights.I also have Sensor Processing Disorder and Receptive and Expressive Language Disorders. But I feel maybe it is my gods gift being smart and not wanting to be abused. Some services my caregivers are refusing to help me since I was 16 are taking my meds with reminders or help, shower or cleaning skills reminder either by routine with audio reminders, and I am unable to cook shop or trasnport myself to and from shopping stores or shop without someone helping me and I cannot be left alone because of meltdowns and communication and safety reasons. It is because the family court judge Carny feels more charges are to be filed on my parents and brother. And the judge is making a mandate to the city of tonawanda judge to expel his case to NY Supreme Court as the judge is violating my rights in law and yes family court judge is making a police report into Officer Bentley because of arrest me and abuse of discrimination to me with other officers of discrimination under US Law 42 Section 126 subchapter 3 equal opportunity for individuals with disabilities and violation of ADA and my new legal guardian will act on my behalf with my family court attorney who is my cousin Ryan Learned to help me with legal matter in civil court and criminal court on city of tonawanda police court judge and parents and brother.
