Andy opens with him seething over some random text to speech video, claiming that people are lying about people with developmental disorders, mental health issues and disabilities. No audio from 1:40. During this audio outage, Andy shows himself seething in a reply section of a community post on a relatively small YouTube channel that made a couple videos on himself and Nova Online. He replies with the with the usual drivel, trying to play the autism card, other disorders, claiming he's being abused, etc. in an attempt to sympathy bait in a single reply that no would one who's aware of him would entertain.

"You didn't know the people who lie about me well enough to know. So how can you claim to know if I don't have autism or fake my Incontinence or developmental disabilities? If you knew diaper Deviant accused me of be a pedo but you know I am not a pedo. You know I have autism. You know I didn't poison my family. I don't go abuse my family. I don't understand what to expect and when and lack of independence so this causes me to repeat things over and over again. Then not know what to expect and when cause me to panic and meltdown. Period. Not a choice. Not a personality disordersorder. Not fake. So awesome for you to not know something that diaper deviant lied about. Just like how they accused me of being sexually abused as a kid that didn't happen. They accused me of recking dads tire when it was dry rotted. His truck computer went. These are things that I was accused of. Mom has dementia and didn't know what she was saying when she accused me of stalking a nurse".

Very likely. In Andy's mind he's thinking "this person accused me of being a fake, so they have a potential to report me. I'll accuse this person of being a pedophile and that will discredit any accusations they make against me."

In spite of the fact that, for hundreds of years, poison has been a convenient way to speed along an inheritance or dispatch an unwanted spouse, little has been written about the personality of the criminal poisoner.

Part of this may be the skill with which many poisoners have eluded authority (it wasn't until the 20th century that we were any good at detecting it). It also may partly be due to stereotypes (females are consistently more often portrayed as professional poisoners), And finally, it may be partly due to confounding variables (for instance, since poison is such an ideal weapon of choice, it may tell us more about the intelligence of the perpetrator than about his or her personality).

The Demographics of Death

Contrary to popular belief, the majority of convicted poisoners are men, overwhelmingly so when the victim is a woman. When the victim is a man, the poisoner is equally likely to be male or female. As with other methods of murder, perpetrators rarely cross racial lines when they decide to send a victim to an early grave, meaning African Americans tend to be poisoned by other African Americans, Caucasians by other Caucasians. etc. On average, a homicidal poisoner is 5 to 10 years younger than his/her victim.

Career-wise, homicidal poisoners are over-represented in the medical (doctor, nurse, laboratory professional) or care-taking professions (wife, mother, nursing home attendant), where they have easy access to both the means to kill and a bevy of vulnerable victims. Of course, the vast majority of poisoners knock off someone s/he knows, such as a child, spouse, friend, or acquaintance.

The Poisonous Personality

Experts believe the number of convicted poisoners is just the tip of the iceberg and that, in comparison to other crimes, what we don't know about poisoners is 20 to 30 times higher. As such, we can at best talk about the personalities of poisoners who get caught. That being said, we can make some hypotheses about the personalities of poisoners by studying the nature of the crime and the personalities involved with the published cases of convicted poisonings.

Killing someone with poison, by its very nature, requires careful planning and subterfuge, so it comes as no surprise that poisoners tend to be cunning, sneaky, and creative (they can design the murder plan in as much detail as if they were writing the script for a play). Male or female, they tend to avoid physical confrontation and, instead, rely on verbal and emotional manipulation to get what they want from others.

Convicted poisoners also tend to have a sense of inadequacy, for which they compensate through a scorn for authority, a strong need for control, wish-fulfillment fantasies, and a self-centered, exploitive interpersonal style. Often either spoiled as a child or raised in an unhappy home, some experts liken the poisoner's personality to an incorrigible child whose immature desire for his/her own way leads him/her to try to control and manipulate the world. It's as if the poisoner never grew up and is determined to take what s/he wants just as a child would from a candy store.

Developmentally stunted, other people are viewed without empathy and the poisoner's internal compass is guided instead by greed or lust rather than morals. And, because the poison is often not detected initially, the power and control poisoners experience with success tends to increase his or her confidence in future endeavors.

As far as the poisoners’ motives for murder, they are not much different from other homicides, in that they usually revolve around money (insurance); jealousy (“lover’s triangle”); removing an obstacle (she'll marry me if I get rid of the kids) revenge (make them pay); sadism (make them suffer); conviction (political motives, e.g. assassination, terrorism); boredom (wants to have fun by having a challenge of wits with law enforcement); and ego (belief in mental superiority). Some poisoners revel the role of tender, self-sacrificing attendant to the victim they are slowly killing; think of the cases like Jane Toppan and Dr. Harold Shipman, whose ministrations to their victims initially aroused tearful admiration and gratitude from family members.

There are of course rarer motivations for criminal poisoning. There is a form of medical child abuse known as Munchausen by Proxy, in which a perpetrator harms a child to attract sympathy and attention from others. In certain documented cases, poison has been used.

The Bottom Line

Given that 1 out of 5 verified murders by poisoning is never solved, it's hard to draw a definitive psychological profile of the typical poisoner. Those who've been caught and convicted give us some clues — clever, sneaky, emotionally immature, methodical, and self-centered. Many of them are amazingly skilled at pretending to be something they're not — a doting husband, caring nurse, or devoted friend. Behind the mask, though, lies a psyche that is propelled by childish needs and unencumbered by moral restraints.

If Andy did sue @babyandydiapereddeviant then Andy would have to explain under oath about the AAC video Andy made where Andy depicted a predator trying to lure a girl with ice cream, about the pictures on Andy's hard drive showing a naked Wendy's girl defecating into a Frosty cup, about the terroristic threats Andy's made to Adult Protective Services and other government buildings, etc.

Andy would also need to show proof of his autism, which he doesn't have and Erie County Medical Center already lists Andy as "malingering". If Andy's saying he would be happy to be sued, you can tell Andy's never had to go through the process of a lawsuit. Andy can't even get an attorney and we all know Thomas won't help Andy with finding one.

The first one looks to have been deleted or never contained anything. Second one is a re-upload. But I can get archive the third one.

I love it when cows have no idea how lawsuits work and just throw the idea of suing around. Which is ironic coming from the guy who memorized whatever parts of the law he can abuse to get his family in trouble.

Another example of how Andy contradicts his claims of having sensory issues. When a tornado's cone of silence arrives, that's enough to scare the shit out of anyone. Not to mention the loud rushing freight train sound when the tornado hits. Yet it doesn't seem to scare Andy, as he's able to both watch these videos and also wanting to go storm chasing.

Plus Andy is wishing for a tornado to kill his enemies.

I'll give you a perfect example, Andy. When you were getting stressed out at Newfane recently, you could be heard saying the word "hospital" normally. You didn't do your baby talk routine and say "hospul". This is called breaking kayfabe. You break your baby voice kayfabe all the time when you get stressed out, Andy.

You broke kayfabe in the ambulance ride leaving Newfane when you explained to the ambulance driver how people under a 9.45 mental hygiene hold were required to have a state trooper follow the ambulance during any transport. Spoiler Alert, Andy, you were at Newfane voluntarily by your own admission, so a 9.45 hold didn't apply to you.

Then when you realized you weren't doing the baby voice in your video, you shifted back and said "my name Andy".
All those videos you make where you shift from your baby talk mode and are able to quote whole sections of the New York State laws and regulations about health care and patients rights in a perfectly normal voice, that's you breaking your baby voice kayfabe, Andy.

Maybe subconsciously your mind realizes that if you quoted legal articles in that stupid and obviously fake baby voice that you would look even more ridiculous and then even more people would know you were faking, Andy.
