You mean locally upload to the thread using the insert video button? That's the right thing to do. I'm referring to other people here who just link youtube videos but don't include an archive in case of deletion. Whenever I post a youtube video, i'll the provide the link AND a local archive below it in a spoiler tag. That way if the youtube video ever gets taken down, it's still accessible here. The next best thing to do if anyone is struggling to upload it here is to archive the video to preservetube.com and link it below like OP did (see screenshot). PreserveTube even archives the youtube videos original title, description and date of posting.

That's Metokur's stream on New Years Eve and it doesn't contain the specific video I was looking for. It's the one where the staff at Newfane had their heads in the hands cause they were sick of Andrew's bullshit. The only video I can see clips of this in is that Leaping Lemur video I linked but i'm looking for the actual uninterrupted uncut version without commentary. Since no backup seems to have been made, i've spliced together the clips from Lemurs video and archived that.

Honestly i cant get over how his parents and brother wont kick this disability faking degenerate out of the house. this guy is a complete and insufferable degenerate. he is such an insult to actual disabled people.

I used feel bad for his family on one level; because they do not deserve to be treated like that. HOWEVER, they CHOSE to let him stay with them, his parents and brother have a CHOICE, they could kick him out, and they should for their own safety, health, and sanity: Andy is an adult, he is not severely developmentally disabled ( hes not DD at all ) , its perfectly legal to have him leave and have him banned
( restraining order) from coming back: especially with the long track record of proven abuse and scams Andy has pulled on them and everyone in his path)
The fact his family keeps putting up with his shit, literally and figuratively is beyond me. his family are miserable and broken; they are passive-aggressive; so while they are unhappy, they hate their situation, but yet they wont take any steps to get out of the situation they have put themselves in by keeping a , yes, dangerous person, like Andy around! he constantly screams '' you're 'buuzin' meeee'' but he is the only one doing abuse. he physically abuses his family, he manipulates, he gaslights, he blackmails people. these are all forms of abuse. he should be locked up for all the abuse and mistreatment of his family which they are legit disabled and less able to defend themselves... plus his fraud and con games he plays on police, EMTs, hospital staff, crisis intervention and adult services . his family enabled his crap for years and they are just a bunch a cucks who accept and wallow in misery. no pity or sympathy for that mess.

If you've got a developmentally disabled adult child, is there some sort of legal obligation for the family to take care of him whether they want to or not in the USA?

I think in the UK, if the family refuses to care for you, care becomes the responsibility of the local authority. When families do it, they generally do so because they believe they can provide a better standard of care than the local authority can/will. But when you're 18, I don't think there's any obligation on the family to take care of an adult, regardless of how disabled they might be.

no, family is not obligated; they can put them on a wait-list or even contact crisis adult services and say ''im unable or i cant care for them'' the county or state can step in for emergency or temp supports, but you are not necessarily obligated unless you chose to become legal guardian, but even ten if you cannot or dont wan to deal, you are obligated to make arraignments or get in touch with the state systems to intervene. as a legal appointed guardian you can not just dump them on the street, you are responsible for getting that person proper care - however Andrew's parents are NOT his legal court appointed gaudiness, dad was only a payee, thats it. but back again, andrew is not disabled or unable to function, and he was never declared legally incompetent, nor was his parents ever legally declared appointed guardians.

OK, I'd seen a number of posts where people seemed to be suggesting that Andy's parents couldn't just sling his ass out onto the street. Presumably people had assumed that his parents had undergone that process of attaining legal guardianship.

I'm sure it must be hard to be in this position. Initially, you'd be taking your kid's word for it -- especially if he had gone through some traumatic injury. It wouldn't be long though, before it became obvious that the little fucker was just a narcissist who was attempting to use his parents for sexual gratification. At which point, his arse is going out on the street. No negotiation. Here's a tent. Off you go.
