I've seen posts from people who've seen Andy in a Tonawanda, NY local city Facebook group and I think a couple reddit posts from the Buffalo, NY sub about him as well as a few on the main Andy sub from locals who've seen him and you'll see occasional comments on YouTube from people who've claimed to see and interacted with him. If he lived in a place like New York City more people would be aware of him and we'd get a bunch of encounters. We'd be getting WorldOfTShirts style interactions with trolls every day with Andy if he did. "Put the diapers in the bag"
