That's a good observation; someone who lives across the street, or the guy who works at the closest convenience store, have no legal restrictions on sharing their plein air cowspotting.I wish there were more real-life stories from people encountering Andy. Not poop touchers, but stories from his hometown, his neighborhood, people who might have worked with him, people who saw him at that trip to the zoo- people who don't have to consider HIPAA regulations or anything like healthcare workers would.
