While I understand where you're coming from, there are plenty of women who are attracted to toxic assholes like Tate and his ilk. The true betas are the clowns who buy into Tate's seminars and books and whatever else he sells. He's nothing but a sleazy conman and dipshits with nothing positive to offer a potential partner are the ones who fall for it the hardest.

Part of their civil suit is alleging that as a minor she had a habit of seducing over age men to blackmail them, irrelevant since the charges in her case are nothing to do with age, it's about Tristan luring her under false pretenses and not letting her leave the house.

In the Mutahar video he quoted their suit where they use the pseudonym "jail John" to refer to a man previously convicted of having sex with her when she was underage.

Is that at all legal to reference a previous court case under a pseudonym instead of the actual name of the case?

Upon further reflection, Andy definitely made up that conversation since it directly ripsoff the plot of a Breaking Bad episode where Saul has a bald guy go to jail in Walt's place, and Andy even said "I want Better Call Saul!"

And it only worked in that episode because the police's only lead on Heisenberg was that he was a bald guy, it wouldn't have worked if they had warrants out for Walter White specifically because they'd have pictures of his face and dental records and fingerprints to prove it wasn't him, hence why it didn't work for Andy, unless he planned on framing his perfect doppelganger a la Ernest Goes to Prison

I can see where you're coming from, but I disagree. His fans already unironically call him "Top G" and believe "The Matrix" is actually out to get him, he can't become more of a martyr unless he dies. I think his app getting yanked from the Apple / Google App stores will result in a lot less people paying attention to him, and therefore less younger, more impressionable men/boys will see his horseshit.

It occurred to me that Tate's lawyer is practicing Russell Greer law.

It's been noted many times that whenever Russell loses a court case he turns around and uses some wording from the opposition in his next lolsuit as if it's a chess move he can replicate and use against others because it worked on him, never understanding why those legal terms apply to him and can't just be copypasted at others regardless of context.
That's what Tate's civil suit just reeks of.

I'm in jail for being a serial sexual predator? Well actually, SHE'S a serial sexual predator and she tried manipulating US!

A gag order prevents me from naming my victims? Well, we're gonna call a guy "jail john" because we're not naming YOUR victims!
