I know romanians and i actually know people who went there, be it on vacation or to make use of their dentists for cosmetic procedures (much cheaper than here and from what i heard much more competent doctors than, for example, in Turkey, another popular country for getting cheap dental work or stuff like hair plugs done). It may seem like an obscure country to an american and those are his main audience so i understand what you are getting at and agree with your sentiment.
