Manosphere Andrew Tate / Top G / Cobratate - Egotistical MRA "influencer", arrested for trafficking in Romania, lied about having lung cancer

What I don't understand is why so many Muslims simp for this guy despite breaking several tenets of Islam
Because many Muslims, especially those living in the West, are on some level attracted to the kind of materialistic ghetto thug culture Tate represents. There is a reason why gangsta rap is probably one of the most sucessful cultural exports of America.

>still drinks
>still smokes
>still has pre-marital sex
>still encourages adulatory
>still has ties to his camwhore business
>still hasn't read the Quran
>still let's his dog inside the house
>still let's his dog kill cats (reminder that cats are considered holy in Islam, and placed far above dogs)
He's famous and he loudly converted to Islam. Da'is (Muslim missionaries) are very smart about brand awareness and they kind of go by the "all publicity is good publicity" policy (9/11 actually caused a cascade of people converting to Islam because people who had never heard of it googled it and the da'is made hay out of it) and rank-and-file Muslims come from a long tradition of people who thought they were better than everyone else then got their shit pushed in by colonialists from the 16-20th centuries and are still butthurt and humiliated about it, so having famous people, any famous people, say nice things about Islam make them cream their collective pants. There are whole web pages devoted to conspiracy theories about (western) celebs secretly being Muslims, it's still "common knowledge" in parts of the Muslim world that Michael Jackson definitely was a Muslim. They're desperate for the validation.

Some of the "women" he fucked were 15.

Kiwis tend not to like groomers and child molesters.
Source on this?

I know the Western media is now trying to portray the Tates as child predators/molesters, but this is probably just run-of-the-mill propaganda aimed at an American audience. Lets look at the facts.
The age of consent in Romania is 16, but it had actually been 15 until 2020 (the Criminal Code was apparently amended on November 3 2020). This is relevant to the case at hand.

A 19-year-old Romanian girl called Daria Gabriela Gușă came forward, claiming that Tate began messaging her when she was 16, shortly after she started an Instagram account. He apparently also messaged some of her classmates who were 15 at the time. This girl isn't anything special, but her father, Cozmin Gușă, is notable.

Now, the Tates boast at length about sliding into girls' DMs on Instagram to set up dates and have sex with them (Tristan Tate even says in one video that he took a 17-year-old girl's virginity), and this case doesn't appear to be any different. The articles are trying to paint it as though they had sinister plans with these girls, which is ludicrous. I don't know if Tate targeted Cozmin Gusa's daughter deliberately, but if so he may have had a specific reason, or simply wanted to add the daughter of a prominent Romanian businessman/politician to his collection.
So 1) there's no evidence he did anything more than text this girl and 2) sexual intercourse with her wouldn't even be illegal according to Romanian law.

It's still a +30 year old lunatic texting a 16 year old kid.

Polak here, let me chime in. Age of consent in Poland is 15. In general eastern European women are treated more like adults at the age of 16-17 than the American girls but I guarantee you that if I were 15 and some 30 year old expat baboon was hitting on me via Instagram messages my father would have found him and given him a quick introduction course to eastern european culture.

Yes fucking at the age of 15-16 is fine, and having a boyfriend that's 18-19 at that age is no biggie, but Romania isn't Thailand and parents don't pimp out their teenage daughters to older men.

Partially true.
Romania also has laws against "corruption of minors", also against "recruiting minors for sexual purposes", which in many ways Tate did, but more importantly, these laws are often applied case by case at the interpreting of the court, as many lawyers observed.
In short, it's a mess, and many local NGOs repeatedly god really mad about the way these laws are implemented, as they tend to protect the older dude in many cases, instead of the alleged victim.
I have a feeling this case might result in another modernizing of local laws of consent.

Yeah Im gonna be that person and say no straight man dances like this. I guess "top g" stands for top on grindr kek

While I didn't think he was deeply closeted and trying to overcompensate for stuff before I'm am now 100% convinced that he's teh ghey.

And yes I know it's not him. It's just funnier to say it is.

More self-snitching has emerged. I'm guessing he's just hammered another nail in the coffin of "not being sentenced for human trafficking" by his own admissions, since it's a restriction of movement.
Also, if I had to guess? He probably thought he'd use it as an excuse to get out of jail and escape, only to ultimately underestimate the efforts of the Romanian prison service
