On a sidenote, I heard male Afghan students are walking out in protest of women not being allowed to study now that the Taliban is running the show again. Saudi Arabia is becoming more lax in its religious laws and the Iranians are getting increasingly tired of Islam and embracing their Persian identity more. They're finally realizing that living in the medieval ages in the 21st century isn't working out for them.

Meanwhile, the Salafi (fundamentalist Islam) side of things celebrates a sex trafficker for converting to their religion. Guess it has to do with the whole "Islam absolves you of all your sins once you take your shahada (declaration of faith)." Really this arrest is the worst thing that could happen for his reputation. I disagree. The entire world knows who Tate is now. So much so that the fucking prime minister of the UK is talking about how bad he is for radicalizing young boys. He can easily imply to his fanbase that he needs to do what he needs to do to "escape the Matrix". People on this forum severely underestimate the influence he has already accumulated. If dudes like Bobby Shmurda can get locked up and have a considerable following, Tate will probably be fine.

Previous posts in this thread also support this theory, which I have yet to really read. My theory is that Tate will walk free in 1 or 2 years and fuck off to the Middle East. I think he has found his next market he would be able to move onto. Muslims in general have a hard on for people converting (or "reverting" as they call it) to Islam. That hard on gets even harder when it's someone famous no matter how bad their reputation is.

Think Lindsay Lohan when she was hinting at becoming a Muslim and was immediately taken care of by some rich Arabs in Dubai where she lived for years. She was broke and Hollywood wanted nothing to do with her, she was also a toothless crack addict at that point so I doubt she'd move to the Emirates to work as a yachtie, nobody would have touched that. See, it's things like this that make me think at least some of what he says could be satire.
