I couldn't say who is funding them. It probably isn't one source. They certainly didn't suddenly gain a respect for Islam. None of them have any real ideological commitments. One day they'll harshly criticize Islam for being the shitty religion of incestuous cave dweller pedos it is, and the next they will laud it as supporting conservative values and "triggering" the "woke mob". These right wing guys depend on convincing you that if you are conservative or a nationalist then you need to support them and their friends financially. It's easy to see how they've exploited vague references to "cancel culture", "free speech", and "wokeness" to cover their own personal moral improprieties, as well as those of their associates. This also allows them to play a media game where they can poach viewers so that maybe one day their house built on viewbotting and fraud won't collapse.

Throw out any conservative media personality and it is rare that they haven't been exposed for some great hypocrisy or failure. Yet they are still very profitable and have careers because of this media complex they've built where they can essentially whitewash anyone or anything. I think Andrew Tate made inroads with these people and I guess there is a mob of morons who can be programmed to like anything that appeals to their gay little political subculture. It was mutually beneficial for them to use that influence to insert themselves into social media trends while giving Andrew Tate positive coverage. Some of these people even have direct financial involvement with Andrew Tate, so it is no surprise to me that he's able to influence them.

The age of consent is 16 in 31 states, about 7–8 set it at 17, and it's set at 18 in around 12 states.
So it’s incorrect to say the entire U.S. strictly sets the age of consent at 18.

The problem with your question is that Andrew Tate is a fraud when it comes to his Islam "conversion". A whistleblower said that he faked his "conversion" to get business in the Middle East which if you know anything about Tate, he scams everyone whom he tries to get into contact with.
