It’s seriously the only solution. He has enough simps in the Trump administration and bribed enough police and politicians to where he will never get justice the legal way. It’s going to need to require someone to take matters into their own hands. He’s accumulated quite a few enemies so there’s a plethora of options.

This seemed like a claim to dumb to be true, so I looked into it. I found a lawfirm that defends people accused of DV, and they said domestic violence is one of the most common crimes reported in Los Angeles county. They also said "Over the past few decades, there have been numerous high-profile California domestic violence cases that received a lot of negative publicity for the courts and prosecutors. There has been a renewed effort to aggressively prosecute and sentence any defendant convicted for serious spousal and child abuse cases that are directly connected to domestic violence.". The statute of limitations was recently increased as well.

From the link I learned that even if he somehow got no jail time he would have to attend a year long, twice a week class about how to not beat up women anymore, and if he got jail time he would have to complete the class when he got out as a condition of probation. There are other legal consequences that can fuck up your ability to enter the united states or own a firearm.

According to "Why Does He Do That?" being in that situation as a child or a teenager completely warps the woman's ability to assess danger. If her dad hit her mom the kind of shit that tate does will seem familiar, feel like home, for the rest of her life. Most people repeat some aspect of their family of origin in their choice of partner. It is incredibly strange when people try to find partners that have nothing in common with their families of origin, and usually that is a complete over-reaction that ends up backfiring. Very few people have the kind of insight that lets them only repeat positive aspects of their childhoods, it is generally a mixed bag, but if your childhood was really bad then there isn't a lot of good to choose from. The book I am referencing is a national best seller that is easy to read, and it is surprising how domestic abusers actually operate so it is an interesting book on top of being informative.

The Tate brothers flew to Dubai on a private jet after DIICOT extended their judicial control

Andrew and Tristan Tate left Romania on Tuesday on a private plane bound for Dubai, their representatives confirmed, quoted by News.ro. The two brothers accused of rape and human trafficking left the country on the same day that DIICOT extended their judicial custody.

Judicial sources told HotNews that in the case of the two brothers the judicial control was extended for 60 days.

Representatives of the two brothers confirmed their departure to Dubai, noting that they will return to Romania within two months, “in order to fully comply with all legal procedures.”

"On April 1, 2025, Andrew Tate and Tristan Tate left Bucharest bound for Dubai by private jet. Both Andrew and Tristan wish to reaffirm their respect for the Romanian judicial system and their commitment to the principles of due process, principles which they have consistently upheld throughout the investigations," representatives of the two brothers said on Tuesday, cited by News.ro.

Around 12:00 noon, Andrew Tate posted a video of the interior of the private plane on the X network, along with the message “Tate Force One - TAKEOFF”.


The Trump administration has pressured the Romanian authorities to lift travel restrictions on Andrew and Tristan Tate, accused by DIICOT of rape and human trafficking.

The Tate brothers' case was brought up by Trump's special envoy Richard Grenell when he met the Romanian foreign minister at the Munich Security Conference. Foreign Minister Emil Hurezeanu later told Euronews that he had discussed the “fate of the Tate brothers” with Trump's special envoy Richard Grenell in Munich, but that he did not perceive the discussion with the US official as pressure.

Andrew and Tristian Tate are still under judicial control in Romania, but on February 27, DIICOT lifted their ban on leaving the country and they have left for the US.

“The request to modify the obligation imposed on the defendants not to leave the territory of Romania has been admitted, the other obligations being maintained by the DIICOT prosecutors, including the one relating to the appearance before the judicial authorities at each summons, with the warning that the bad-faith violation of the obligations incumbent on them may lead to the replacement of judicial control with a higher custodial measure,” DIICOT sent when it was learned that the Tate brothers had left Romania.

Andrew and Tristan Tate have escaped the trial in which they were on trial for constituting an organized criminal group, human trafficking and rape, after the Bucharest Court of Appeal definitively decided on 19 December 2024 to return their case to DIICOT to restart the investigation from scratch. They were released from house arrest with a ban on leaving the country.

The UK has also requested the extradition of the Tate brothers after Bedfordshire police obtained an arrest warrant in an investigation into rape and human trafficking allegations. The Romanian court ruled last year that they can be extradited once there is a final decision in the Romanian case.
