It's somewhat accurate medical info, but it's also used by feminists and body positive spergs to justify their fat acceptance.
Here's how things are in reality.
Women have a harder time with fat tissue%, and yes, there are connective tissue differences. What that means is that it's a bit more difficult to obtain a slim body compared to males, but bot by much. I work with athletes, including females. Most of them runners. Some are in their early 30s with 2 kids. Some have retired but still train regularly. I know their DEXA scans, I know their hormone levels, and I know their weight and fat tissue evolution over years. I know their diets too.
It's very possible that you can make it to 40 with minimal cellulite and stretch marks. There will be some, yes. I have some even though I am male, because I was injured and got fatter, and then lost weight, and then again had to take breaks, put 5-6kgs, only to lose them. But they are almost invisible when I reach my target body weight and training levels, and muscle building will fix most skin irregularities.
The TL;DR is that fighting ageing is possible, not incredibly hard, and should be something everyone able does. Allowing yourself to become a deathfat or just overweight in your 20s-40s spells disaster for your 60s. People are retarded and so lazy that they have invented progressive dogmas to normalize their dysfunctional goyslop abuse.
We gotta put a stop to that.
