Edit - brave browser and maybe others have an option to "copy clean link" which'll strip the URL down to the bare minimum and remove tracker IDs. Otherwise simply paste the link in your address bar and delete bits until the link actually breaks, then undo your deletions until it works again. Anything that didn't make the cut is the tracker ID.

YouTube gives you a clean URL if you right click the video and select "Copy video URL" or "Copy video URL at current time", which is faster than using the Share button anyway.
