Andy's morning show is pretty bad tbh, but I have listened to it while working doing mindless stuff and probably will at some point again. There is one thing I love about Andy's show though. He knew she was 17, she told him in July and he begged her not to tell anyone. Again, look at the actual dates of the screenshots. He continued to talk to her, continued to mention fantasies about fucking her in public and signing her out of school. He thought that she was 17 as she told him she was, but she was actually 15 which was even worse. "Romeo and Juliet" laws are for people having sex where both are teenagers, and with-in a certain age range (generally three to four years). As the girl, according to screenies, claims she was 17, both Canadian and Texas law doesn't view this as statutory rape. Furthermore, federal law in what you describe makes it illegal only if the act would be illegal under state or federal law; for the purposes of inter-state the law makes it 18; however, Texas law is 17 and Canadian law is 16. As such there's no violation there (someone more knowledgeable in the law can correct me if I'm wrong).
