Animation software - That doesn't suck

I am having a problem with creating one little animated shitpost. Previously I used Adobe Animate 2019, which I mistakenly considered a good choice, when it really was a CBT machine in disguise. It's very awkward to use, many features work like shit and the quality of the result isn't very good either. This is why I am asking you for help - can you recommend some software for a simple task of drawing a bunch of frames that match the background speech? I've heard about Character Animator, but this isn't really what I need, since it's more for animating one character at a time that does basic tasks, like looking at the camera, talking and making some simple moves.

I like using clip studio paint, just be aware that the base version limits a file to thirty frames available. You'll be wanting to composite scenes in a video editor anyway, but definitely an annoying thing to keep in mind

I really miss the days of Flash 8 and its early Adobe versions, definitely the most straightforward workflow for animations I've used. Now it's just weight down with so much CC baggage, it sucks

Blender's animation tools aren't awful, not complex by any means but if you're just making a shitpost it'll work fine enough
Sorry, I forgot to specify that I was talking about 2D animation. I have enough problems with it, so 3D is out of question.

I'm actually shocked it's still in active development.

Flipnote Studio
Pure soul

It's sad that Flipnote Hatena no longer exists officially, but it does have a spiritual successor in Sudomemo. It's more niche than Hatena, but pretty active nonetheless.

Speaking of which, Flipnote Studio 3D. It's a shame its functionality was more castrated than that of the DSi version, with internet functionality not even existing outside of Japan! Animations made with it are still pretty decent though.

It's a damn shame Nintendo hasn't really bothered to make a version of Flipnote for mobile devices, I'm sure it'd do pretty well.
With that being said, this will forever be the best thing made on Flipnote :^)
