thanks to artblock I've been reading manga more and more often.
These were ones I recently found that were pretty interesting, or the artwork caught my eye, or the story was better than I expected.
Cat Street Kids who're lost or aren't sure where they're going in life or can't get through a normal high school attend this place in order to find their way in the world again
Seiyuu-Ka! Had an unexpectedly fucked up part of the story that I think the author could have utilized more, but it was still actually unsettling to read. Not gory or anything, but the psychological implications seemed huge to me.
Immortal Rain Cute story, really liked the artist's style, and got me to tear up a bit towards the end. Says it's ongoing but the story is actually completed.
Then there's one called
Oumagadoki Doubutsuen It's been cancelled, but I really just love the premise and the characters. The one-shot was really fun to read, and the artist's style is a nice departure from the usual shounen style you see. The series itself feels like it dragged at points, but it was still cool to see the different animals featured and their transformations. It's disappointing the series won't continue but it's better to've loved and lost than to have never loved at all. At least that's how I feel about OD ;o;
