Yujiro is a weird guy, which is true for almost everyone in Baki. Muhammed Ali is shown as a dribbling retard in old age (Which isn't really wrong), Yujiro threatens to kill Obama for talking behind his back, threatens to rape Hillary, and makes George Bush act as his chauffeur. He belittles everyone and anyone he comes across, unless they fight him. He's a guy who entire nations are afraid of offending since, apparently, he can defeat them no problem (Although early on he's bested by some tranquilisers and a net and someone holding the handle on the other side of a door.) and so they all kowtow to him. I wouldn't take it too seriously. This is the manga where the US Marines invented the 'human nunchuk' technique.

The logic is the main villain, Yujiro, is so gorilla retard strong that he could take on the USA and win by himself. Political leaders bow down to him and give him freedom to do as he pleases to prevent any issues.
