I'm really tired of magi being cold and calculating as an informed trait. The series has so many of them being at most quirky weirdos that I just roll my eyes when the writers suddenly make some of them full on psychopaths for an easy villain and then claim that's totally normal. The parents are totally right, there isn't a single mistake in their words. They are magi and that is the way magi thinks. Their lineage is more important than themselves or their kids, it was always like that, in orde to pursue the Root, they must continue the lineage even if ten generations from now nothing will come from it.
It's still incredibly forced, and the entire grail war repeatedly has backstabbing, plus the parents nearly killed Sigma a minute earlier by forcing their daughter into being a master unknowingly. And even their talk with Sigma was totally justified because in their minds they are alies since they are part of the Faldeus organization, they don't know about the schism between Prelati and Faldeus and how Francesca set him up to do whatever he wants just to fill in numbers. Even more when they know there are fake servants still going around.
It's been like 15 years since I read Tsukihime and I don't remember one thing about him. It doesn't even feel like there was a point in the cameo besides memberberries.Van-Fem
If it was him ordering Dorothea to kill xemselves then it would be worth it. But Sanda needs his characters and story to be relevant, so here we are. I know he's in Tsuki Original, but nothing about the nigga is fleshed out there. It's all in El Melloi shitIt's been like 15 years since I read Tsukihime and I don't remember one thing about him. Counter-counterpoint: The robots are actually a plot-twist, so realistically you shouldn't have known that going in. Anime OPs just spoil shit all the time lol.counterpoint: I have known about the series for decades and am just now finding out it has robots.
I would personally recommend watching it after finishing the manga since you already watched the TV series. It will be a quick read anyway assuming you jump in right where the TV series leaves off (I think the last match is 5-6 volumes long lmao). Without spoiling anything the movie takes an unexpected (but pretty cool) twist on the story that's pretty different from the manga so either way you can't go wrong.Apologies for the double-post, I forgot to mention I finished Slam Dunk (absolute kino), and I honestly don't know if I should wait to watch The First Slam Dunk until after reading the manga (which I do want to), or if it's okay. I just think it's so weird for GKIDS to release the canonical ending but not consider the TV series or a re-release of the manga. Though I think the movie's release was what got Netflix to put on the show, so...
I dunno, I'm just conflicted on continuing to watch or not due to still feeling that adrenaline rush.
Watched up to episode 12. I don't see anything that shows what you're referring to.What I said is known by episode 12 of the first season (for some reason I though it was earlier).
I love this aspect of them, they are detached from all morality and ethics of their world in order to pursue what their family sees as the greatest thing. One of my favorite factions is Atlas, who literally secludes themselves from the world and doesn't care even if the world ends and continue working in their craft.I'm really tired of magi being cold and calculating as an informed trait. Jesus, you aren't paying attention at all huh? It's still incredibly forced, and the entire grail war repeatedly has backstabbing, plus the parents nearly killed Sigma a minute earlier by forcing their daughter into being a master unknowingly.
Because he was never in Tsukihime proper nor kagetsu tohya, just like other DDA there was mentions about then in the character material, prologue for tsukihime 2 and other works, and he didn't appear fully until the remake where they were during the French Incident. To not even say that the list got changed from the original Tsukihime and the remake. It's been like 15 years since I read Tsukihime and I don't remember one thing about him. It doesn't even feel like there was a point in the cameo besides memberberries.
No. Jesus, why would they be? The holy grail and magi behavior amongst magi aren't the same thing. If a magi behaves badly they will go the to process of being discussed in the Clock Tower, there is a reason to why people affiliate to them and aren't solo players going around doing whatever they want. Also don't mages have a rule to kill mages that break the masquerade?
lol what the fuck are you even babbling aboutcounterpoint: I have known about the series for decades and am just now finding out it has robots.

"It's time to say goodbye. And thank you for a wonderful journey with great moments."i am sad it went out

my favorite utterly impossible and unrealistic comedy romance manga about video gamesOh, and if you thought this girl looked familiar, that's because she's drawn by the same mangaka who made High Score Girl.
If I remember correctly, it connects to the honey baby switcheroo.Watched up to episode 12. I don't see anything that shows what you're referring to.
It's nice that it got an actual ending but the show didn't really know what it wants to be. Like the teacher was completely pointless character. The horror of the week was usually low stakes and not very disturbing. Kaya isn't as good as Anya in being cute but retarded child, but also doesn't have the edge of the girl from Dark Gathering.I'm also done with Kaya-chan wa Kowakunai (Kaya-chan Isn't Scary). I liked it better as a monster-of-the-week shorts anthology but I found the overarching plot unnecessarily convoluted and meh. Kaya being a purple-haired child mc in a horror setting reminded me of Dark Gathering, I wonder when that'll get a S2.
But they never do it in the whole series proper unless they are designated villains.I love this aspect of them, they are detached from all morality and ethics of their world in order to pursue what their family sees as the greatest thing. One of my favorite factions is Atlas, who literally secludes themselves from the world and doesn't care even if the world ends and continue working in their craft.
There is in the VN a part that Rin explains what a conventional magus really is and mentions something like they will never be happy that struck me all these years. They will work for something for generations that most of them will never achieve but they do it anyway. It is something complete inhuman but at the same time human too.
I don't think the anime even say what was the difference between the two yet besides the true/fake parts. It's not like the Red/Blue in Apocrypha that was at least sort of understandable.Jesus, you aren't paying attention at all huh?
The fake servants and the true servants are in a totally different camp. All the true servants were in the same camp over Faldeus and Francesca, in this side there will be backstabbing even if they are in the "same side". Faldeus will absolutely betray everyone for his plan and Francesca just want the grail war to go smoothly.
They never wanted Tsubaki to be a master, jesus they even prepared the catalist (crossbow) for the servant that they wanted and got fucked by her summoning pale rider instead. And she already used 2 command seals. It was never the plan for her to be the master.
If I need to read a novel to know what happens in a series then it's a failure of the series.Because he was never in Tsukihime proper nor kagetsu tohya, just like other DDA there was mentions about then in the character material, prologue for tsukihime 2 and other works, and he didn't appear fully until the remake where they were during the French Incident. To not even say that the list got changed from the original Tsukihime and the remake.
And his role was more clearly in the Adventures of El Melloi novel that is set in his cassino in Monaco.
Maybe I got confused with Rin doing it since she is the arbitrator of the Fuyuki area so she is in charge of keeping order.No. Jesus, why would they be? The holy grail and magi behavior amongst magi aren't the same thing. If a magi behaves badly they will go the to process of being discussed in the Clock Tower, there is a reason to why people affiliate to them and aren't solo players going around doing whatever they want.
