When will they make a sequel that involves their kids?
sooon
tis inevitable
It's already in progress. For an anniversary special, he did New Breaths From Hell, an 80 page chapter that teased the start of a new arc with a 30+ year old and married Ichigo and co. Their son Kazui plays a prominent role. Although Kubo hasn't done any more work on it because he's been busy with the anime.

It's actually, very, very good. Makes a lot of use of the fallout from the previous arc and holds lots of terrifying implications for the overall lore as a whole. It also raises a really big question over what will happen to Ichigo off in the very distant future.

Given the nature of these things in manga, and on the precedent that it's happened before, my best guess is that he will likely end up shedding his powers willingly to avoid going to literal Hell when he dies and will be resurrected in the Soul Society where he'll regain his youth and powers. That, or he'll lose his powers and become wholly irrelevant like Naruto and Sasuke did in Bart in the sequel with the dumbass kids that nobody cares about.

Ooof, I see some people here don't like Bleach, which I understand. Still, compared to the other big two, at least Bleach didn't make you groan in pain from sheer cringe, unlike Naruto's last arc/s.
That supposed sequel has the issue that Ichigo's kid has super-op powers from the get-go and I dunno where the escalation can go at that point.

As for isekai, I don't think it's going to disappear that easily. Reincarnating as a pen-knife in a generic fantasy land is still better than the average salaryman's experience. What I wonder is if there's any isekai where it went to the logical conclusion: After becoming a god in the new world, the protagonist comes back to Earth to take over the world/Japan and so on.

I don't control the thumbnails my guy. You can't blame me for sheit.

Konan wasn't bad. For the 10 chapters she's in the story before dying.

People say Hinata was hot. Unfortunately I've read Boruto and if there was ever an argument for Hinata being attractive, it's out the fucking window now. Ikemoto is a terrible character designer and his Hinata looks like a fucking alien.

Look how they massacred my girl.

Can't wait they reveal Orihime to also be some crazy half race so Ichigo's kid will be like 8 fucking different races.
NGL, wish we got more sci fi stuff these days. Feels like all the sci fi we get is just Gundam.
Like with western writers, the issue with modern scifi is that the writers just want Fantasy in space and futuristic look rather than the actual genre.

It's really just God of Nothing who won't shut up about how much he dislikes Bleach. I've always liked it the most out of the Big Three shonen, mostly for its character designs. I don't pretend it's high art, but people will remember it a bit more fondly for not screwing the pooch with its ending.

People saying they're make a Boruto-style sequel starring Kazui are forgetting one thing: Kazui is a fucking creepy kid. The general vibe won't be identical.

Already exists in a one-shot

I think One Piece is the clear winner of the big 3, arguable it is the best is has ever been and actually both (slowly) advances the plot and is reasonably well-written even if stakes have never once felt like they existed. Bleach has been very steadily badly written plot vomit and that's never changed but at least Tite designs fun outfits for his 400+ characters every arc which was his true goal all along. Naruto only had a good setting and that got phased out by Shippuden when it stopped being about Ninja and dropped any pretense that anyone other then Lee/Guy would do anything other than spam space wizard techniques at each other.

Bleach has always been the best of the three. Naruto is boring and uninspired; and One Piece is turbo-autist-coded and too cartoony to be taken seriously. Even if Bleach is weird and nonsensical sometimes - and Ichigo is more OP than freaking Deku - it's more entertaining than the other two. Also, the characters are kino as fuck - hot women and cool bros everywhere. MHA has this in spirit at least. Memorable characters are vital for a good manga/anime, too bad japs settle for cardboard templates most of the time.

JJK's characters are a bunch of nobodies no one will remember except Gojo. Demon Slayer has some cute girls, but everyone dies in that anime so I don't even bother watching. Seven Deadly Sins is ugly as a whole, the only character I remember is arrogant muscle guy with mustache. Chainsaw Man has some hot chicks but I don't watch it, so I don't know how the story goes. One-Punch Man is a joke going for too long and people simping for Tatsumaki...

I'll stay with Mao. He is a bro and Nanoka is a cute.

It's a really hard genre to pull off and needs lots of planning. It's really sad Sci-fi doesn't get better representation nowadays. What we get is just....never really that good.

Awesome Gerard photo.

The way Kubo SEEMS to be handling it is that Kazui is just different. Bleach has lots of weird abilities that can be Op but just aren't so I trust Kubo not to go overboard. I personally THINK Kazuis powers are to send things to Hell, but that's just my theory.

I swear Kishimoto hates women.

Already kind of happened in CFYOW to an extent. Fullbringer powers have ties to the Soul King. I think this was done to explain whatever they'll do with Kazui, if CFYOW is made canon. Which is a can of worms in itself...

I mean I get it, I didn't like it at first. It took a solid reread and seeing how crappy Boruto turned out to really like it. I think it definitely has some reread value compared to most manga because Kubo did a good job at foreshadowing early on.

so generic
i'm surprised one of the kids or fathers didn't get abducted for the other to rally up to save
If you're going to argue your points, go for it. I'm sure there's a lot you could criticize. Generic though is just objectively wrong.

You're joking, right?
>Children shown with powers active but not nearly as capable as their progenitors (yet)
>Sudden new but not quite different enemy appears (Radditz, the fucking moon people, the First Order)
>Is stronger to a surprising degree but not strong enough to beat the established heroes wholeheartedly
>Hehehehehe, I was only the weakest/Did you think this one completely unrelated or elaborated thing wasn't related to this whole other thing we haven't fully explored?

Jesus Christ how horrifying. Being orochimaru's fucktoy has long term consequences I see... I always liked her design too.

She only appear for two episodes (granted in the best arc) but god damn her design is memorable decades afterwards.

One Piece is only good if you either started it back when it started or when on an autism spree and read through the thousand+ manga chapters. If not then you will never enjoy it as much as the other series that have only few important arcs and have games that abridge most of the unimportant shit in a fraction of the time.

One Piece legitimately has gone on for too long. How many times has Luffy helped out a princess at this point? I don't think Oda had everything figured out and now he's rushing towards the end because Miura's death, IIRC, actually made him think about his own life and the time he's spent on One Piece. Satan with the Rinnegan feels like something completely made up on the spot.
