Animes you want to see a sequel to

A Slayer's Reboot that follows the novels more closely. Only the original season and next followed the novel's plot in any capacity, even then there were many changes. Try did its own thing mostly because the novel's weren't done yet at that point. But the novels themselves finished in 2000 at 15 volumes.

Also still annoyed that when it came to the official translation of the novels, they stopped at the point where next ended at, and they never touched the second half of the series.

If Miyazaki ever steps out of retirement, I'd love to see just one more Lupin the Third film with him taking the helm. I get a feeling it'll never happen, but a man can dream, can't he?

Other than that, I'd want to see another Cowboy Bebop film in the vein of the first one, or (more likely) a Berserk series that isn't complete computer-generated dogshit.

I wish Black Lagoon had more than 2 seasons and a couple OVAs, but part of that is the mangaka taking extended breaks when writing the manga (IIRC no new chapters have been released since 2014, and even that was after a five year break), and not the animation studio's fault unless they started writing their own stories.

I want that last part of Rebuild of Evangelion to come out. Rebuild is garbage but my hope is that the series eventually gets a visual remaster, but the whole franchise is in a rights clusterfuck
