So that means that Anna then marries Bob, and gives birth to Chris. Anna is Chris' mother, and Cole is his brother-son.

Or, Barb is just leeching energy from Chris. He's getting fatter and older looking far before his time, While Barb has lost weight, and probably is secretly getting younger looking. in the next year, Chris will appear elderly and barb will have enough power to make herself young again and become Anna. Then she'll somehow travel to the early 2000s to continue to leech of of younger Chris for "maintenance". If you look closely, Anna really hasn't aged all that much over the last 10 years.

It makes sense... After all, Barbs middle name IS "Anne"
