He was basically acting as a "Harvey Weinstein" figure who would demand sex during or in compensation for job interviews, forcing women to sleep with him otherwise they wouldn't be given positions at Gearbox.

They were a-logging simply because they don't like her political views. Which ironically, is the mistake many SJWs make and get mocked for.

The difference between Ashly and Anthony is that Ashly actually has accomplishments to her name, whereas everything Anthony has done is utter dogshit. She is, undoubtedly, the more successful sibling.

SJWs don't get the "art vs. artist" argument like non-spergs do. As somebody who gets that argument, I could give a fuck what she does on Twitter as long as she doesn't crap up the medium I enjoy with it. SJWs should be loathed because of how they interject their propaganda where it's neither necessary or welcome. Not just because they are SJWs.

With all that said, her performance as Sasha Brouse in the Funimation dub of AoT is competent, and I like the character, so I give her a pass.

I'll take your word for it. I don't really follow video game dubbing.

I just know the two roles she had with Funimation were okay. I suspect Funimation has better ADR direction, and is more inclined to make her do shit until she gets it right.

Unfortunately for her, anime VA seems to be way more competitive than video game VA. Somebody mentioned that Ashly and Jennifer Hale are on speed dial when you need to dub a video game. However, the anime industry has assembled a pretty good rolodex of female VAs. They sorta have to. There's always lot of anime to dub, with multiple female roles, and a ton of lines throughout. This is probably why she's only dubbed two anime. She's much lower on the pecking order.

Point is, she can do good with good direction. Her brother would probably still fuck up if his life depended on it.
 
Ashley's also known as a writer, as she did some episodes of Adventure Time that netted her some kind of reward that made her brother salty. I don't remember where that post was tho.

She got an Emmy (albeit shared with other writers). This is like the television equivalent of an Oscar or Grammy, so it's not surprising he's fucking pissed.

Yeah, Ash is pretty good and keeps her political shit to a minimum and seems to have a sense of humor about it when it is brought up. Her vocal range isn't great, though. She does like the same voice in everything she's in.

Sadly, that's like 95% of all VAs. Especially in anime. Like I can't listen to Cherami Leigh without thinking of Asuna from SAO. It's fucking hilarious when she's given roles where she plays a cunt that swears like a sailor. Coppelion comes to mind. I think of Asuna on the rag and LOL.
