Different laws and a much different cost of living. South Carolina costs like like 40% of what living in New York costs and Anthony at some point has to content with the fact he's no where near as popular, profitable, or marketable as he used to be.
His millionaire days are likely over. Not that he's going to be living in abject poverty or anything - but the wild expensive parties where he bangs trannies are probably done.
The racist answer would be that Southern blacks are substantially more tolerable than inner-city blacks.

The bobos sister thing is pretty crazy. Something happened between her Anthony and that Kurt Love pedo. I once made a fake doc trailer about Anthony being a pedo and fucking Danny messaged me saying he'd do an interview if I was really making one. It makes sense, almost every non-black woman posted on his page is either a late teenager or a twentysomething who could pass as one. He usually combines his two interests, blacks and young girls, by posting about petite blonde girls who were victimized by black people. This trick lets him get away with posting pictures of girls who are under 18.
I doubt a guy like Anthony Cumia would draw much of a distinction. He's going to tweet photos of angry-looking black women taken from hip height with captions like "this BLACK BITCH decided to attack me because I was using my cell phone!" by the end of January, just you watch.

There is more to that. Even production guys got some attention - Steve C for example voiced a cop in Bully. Danny Ross worked at Rockstar after he left O&A. He was allegedly fired for leaking game information on reddit and other sites. He leaked that Red Dead Redemption 2 was in development in 2015, about a year before Rockstar officially confirmed that the game is in the works.
That's surprisingly sensible for him. Ant's Long Island McMansion was full of gaudy decor like those fake roman columns. Only thing that could be a bad idea are staircases. They are a recipe for a disaster when combined with binge drinking and Ant's age.

Let's see if he actually uses it. He's claimed in the past that if it was reinstated, he'd probably still use one of his Boss accounts. He likes the pseudo anonymity of not using his real name while still being identifiable to his audience. I think he thinks it keeps articles from being written about how big of a racist he is, when in reality, nobody writes articles about him anymore because he's no longer famous.
Edit- I also just noticed how "white" he made his bobblehead. This coming from a guy that Colin Quinn described as; A Corsican pimp, a Cuban domino player, an Istanbul rug merchant, and more Puerto Rican than a purple dress shirt. (one or two of those might have been about Bob Kelly)
