Any non-pozzed phone backup services ?

I'm trying to root my phone, which would cause it to have its memory wiped.
What's a privacy-friendly way to back it up ? Is there a service that's not completely pozzed that would allow me to do that ?
EDIT: I'm trying not to have to re-download and log back into all my applications. So I guess I'm more of trying to "clone" my phone.

Apps will probably need to be reinstalled from the Play Store/fdroid, Back up any pictures or documents that you want to keep onto your computer.
