Well I don't think it's the hard drive. It's our entire ISP. I come to this conclusion because I still have the same issues when I use another computer meaning the guy is probably in the network itself. I would assume a hard drive is different for each computer so if it is then just getting another computer then copying your saved files to an e-drive and putting them in the new computer so no data is lost would solve that.
Is every device you're connecting with a Windows machine? Do you own any other devices you can connect to the network such as an Android, iOS, macOS, or Linux device? If so connect to your internet with something like that and make an account on discord.
