Not exactly sure if it's obscure but I love cherrowine! Of all the cherry flavored sodas it's got the best cherry flavor
You mean "Cheerwine", right? I love it.
Yeah that's it! I don't really get to drink it much so I'm not good at remembering how it's spelled (:_(

I tried Dr. Brown's Black Cherry Soda a few weeks ago and I thought it tasted pretty good. I was something along the lines of Dr. Pepper when I brought it, but I was in for a surprise. Anyone else have Dr. Brown's before?

Irn Bru. It's an amber soft drink in Scotland that tastes like liquid bubblegum. It's amazing. It outsells cork and Pepsi combined in Scotland.

Donegal, a county in the northwest of Ireland has a soft drink called football Special. It's really odd. Bright red and really sugary. It's hugely popular in Donegal but most other Irish people haven't even heard of it.

Dr. Brown's is a kosher soda that is most widespread in & around the New York City area (including Yonkers, Darien, New Haven and upper New Jersey), in South Florida and everywhere there is a significant Orthodox Jewish population. Michael Snyder is reportedly a big fan. :julay:

Seriously, I've tried the black cherry & cream soda at a Jewish deli in South Eugene and it's good. Never tried their infamous "Cel-Ray" tho.

I've tried it. It's okay once in a while. It definitely has a celery flavor, but it's pretty sweet. I get sick of it fast though.

One of the benefits of living next to an Asian supermarket is that I get to buy drinks I normally wouldn't have. Although, I think I'm squandering the opportunity because I only really tried Ramune, Calpico and some coffees and teas by this brand I forgot the name of. And one drink I know is very obscure is grass jelly drink.

I didn't think Pibb was that obscure since I could find it in multiple restaurants but then I realized I never saw it sold in stores.

McDaids football special, A class drink that can only be found in Donegal.

I like Cel-Ray when I'm somewhere that has it.

Something I haven't seen in years that I miss is Old Tyme Jamaican Ginger Beer.

I miss this stuff:

Also anyone remember these?

I don't remember them tasting that great, but they had BALLS! Flavorless, chewy balls!
