Anyone else look foward to World of Goo 2 and World of Creeper IXE?

The new Creeper game has a playable demo. There are a few of these so far, I haven't been keen on them all, my fav is the 2nd game which is side-view. The new game is also side-view and has a "every pixel simulated" modern approach for the terrain and creeper (as opposed to the older games which are block-by-block).

I am. World of Goo must have been the first indie game I ever played and I loved it.

As for Creeper stuff, I haven't played the demo yet. My favorite is CW3: I've played practically all the CSM user-made maps. I've also really been into LPAC maps in CW4, and the FPS ones to a lesser degree. Never played CW2, I didn't know it was sideways.

I emailed the world of goo creator asking for a type of goo ball called poo ball in the game. Poo balls stick together and other goo balls run away from them. He didn't reply.

I like everything put out by Tomorrow Corporation, so of course I'm going to play it.

Speaking of which, World of Goo also had a "gentle remaster" for their 10th anniversary update back in 2019, where they updated the graphics and decrypted the assets for easy modding. So you can do shit like this very easily:

Im excited about World of Goo 2: Electric Googaloo. I've played everything published by Tomorrow Corporation (My favorite being Human Resource Machine) and they have all been pretty kino.

Extremely excited for WOG2. The interview they link on the site is pretty funny.

It wasn't too much of a barrier in the past, as GooTool let you decrypt then re-encrypt the assets. Still more annoying than just editing the XML though.

The original world of goo had the best aesthetics of any video game I've ever played. I cannot wait for 2, I just want to see another trailer. Also kinda sad it wont be on the wii, since that was the best way to experience world of goo 1 in my opinion.
