Apartment Red Flags

White people can literally never mind their own business.
I literally never see my neighbours, and I don't even go out of my way to avoid them. And yes, I live in an apartment complex.
White people are insanely trashy.
Better with trashy neighbours than risking getting killed every waking moment by some nignog.
trashy to non-trashy white neighbors tilt towards the non-trashy. Im sticking to it.
You see, they leave you alone. If you leave them alone, and of course they're going to talk shit about you when it's very obvious you are looking down on them.

Those who whine about trashy neighbours are usually the trashy one.

When there are more whites overall, it's obvious that whites are going to be higher up in the crime statistics. What we are looking at, is crime rates compared to how big the population is.

If you go to a persons apartment and there are tons and tons of dildos on the ground this is red flag then suddenly out of nowhere the man says “oh I see you have noticed then dildos hahahah.” And he tackled you to the ground and then a struggle ensues and you end up killing the homosexual man in a legally justified self defense stand your ground law situation

I just bought a lease on a $1225 a month flat, 1 bed 1 bath in a gated community having been built in 2019. Do apartments typically come with renter's insurance or is that something I'll need to get separately?

And then when you find a nice place, they build section 8 housing near it. Happened to my family a couple of times. Good neighborhoods until a bunch of beaners and nigs moved in.
Yep, lived in an apartment complex years ago. One of the neighboring complexes went low-income.
Within a 12 month period, thefts in our complex soared, and the management of our complex had to install a huge fence to keep our complex and parking lot walled off.
Nothing like going out to your car in the morning and finding your driver's side window shattered, and your dash pried apart so some tweeker could get your cheap-ass car stereo out of the dash.
I was one of the lucky ones, my neighbor left for work one morning, only to find out the dirtbags had stolen all four of her wheels off her car, and left it sitting on bricks.

  • Bedroom doesn’t have any windows/natural light.
Yeah that's a closet.

  • The landlord gives you an application that asks for extremely specific information like the breed of your dog or the make and model of your car.
This is pretty standard so they know who's supposed to be parked there and who needs to get towed.

  • Any landlord that communicates in broken English (I’m a burger).
This can go both ways. I got out of a lease once after my landlord routinely violated it because he couldn't read or speak English well enough to understand the terms.

Or you get an older male landlord who thinks he can just pop in any old time, "just to see how you're doing". 24-hour notice?
"I'm just being friendly, honey!"

Check the contents of the dumpster. Seriously, you can a lot of info from the trash. Alot of Mexican beer empties, mounds of discarded gas station rap cds. More than one weave trying to crawl out of the dumpster.

That nasty ethnic food smell in the hallway. Holy shit it's so gross. Why can't they cook brownies or an apple pie?
