DarkViper has 2 interactions with Apollo, one time he called him out when Apollo side with Rwhitegoose when the latest was outed as a white supremacist. and then the whole "30 dollars tik tok drama" where Apollo made a video calling DarkViper out and backfired on him, they never interacted outside of that.

Ezscape considered Apollo his inspiration and the reason he started youtube, they were "friends" they had a private discord together with a bunch of speedrunners, Apollo asked his little discord group for feedback before posting drama videos and they usually agree with him, that's why he calls the speedrun community "backstabbers" on his suicide note.
The Twitlonger is basically Ezscape washing his hands out of Apollo "i wanted to stop him but i didn't" "he was wrong and now i know that"
And basically saying he no longer supports him, based on the whole text you can assume he never talked about this to Apollo and he probably figured it out Ezscape was not longer his "friend" the same way we did.

Those are the public interactions, I'm talking about dms. That DV guy and him could've had countless dms that we're likely never to know about since Apollo is dead. And what I'm also seeing in that Twitlonger is that ezscape just pushed him away without even talking to him. Apollo was unstable and likely didn't know how to reach out so to see one of the few people he probably considered a friend just ghost him hurt way more than a lot of people could understand.

Also ironic that ezscape has that line about living a beautiful life but didn't even try to reach out to help. Its pretty shitty his response to apollo was to publicly denounce him instead of see what's really going on.

The speedrun community is the festering anus of gaming, and that's saying something when people who buy multiple annual ea sports releases exist. These people pretended to be his friends for years while his content was at its peak, secretly resenting him, and waiting for him to make a rather minor mistake before simultaneously backstabbing him over his basic bitch political views.

Except For DarkViper, he doesn't care about Apollo Death, he will dab on him once more above his freshly deceased body.

Straight up retarded, DVAU didn't like him because the Apollo came at him for not paying an editor. Obviously they were sniping back and forth at each because they were pissy bitches but it wasn't some SJW bullshit, it was DVAU not wanting to be accused of scamming.

Before the whole editor thing went down DVAU was implying Apollo was a white supremacist for defending rwhitegoose. There's some of that element in this whole thing.

I’m not sure if @Yellow Yam Scam was calling me retarded in that context or not, but I agree with them nonetheless. This entire thing was conflated because of the whole TikTok scam drama several months back. The rwhitegoose/white supremacist drama had all but fallen off the table.

I feel like if there was anything damning Apollo had in DMs, he would've dropped them. Him naming DVAU and EZscape in the note seems like it was a late addition, since in his video he said his decision wasn't driven by any internet drama. So if he was gonna change his mind and be petty, he'd drop anything worthwhile.

I don't necessarily agree with Apollo throwing EZScape and Darkviper under the bus, but I do think some blame should be placed upon the woke crowd of the speedrunning community.

I'm going to be linking to Reveddit, one of the many reddit tools that undeletes comments removed by mods from reddit. I like it personally because it has the most features, but it can't be archived afaik. I'll provide old.reddit.com archives as well.

1) Both threads are locked. Both threads have the same mod sticky comment making it clear they're skeptical.

I can tell you right now, this really grinds my gears. Every single /r/speedrun thread that Apollo's name came up in, he was attacked relentlessly, most often called a nazi or white supremacist because he defended rwhitegoose, or blamed for letting Billy Mitchell "win". I'll give examples going back the past year, but this constant harassment and defemation has been going on for years, just search "Apollo Legend" on /r/speedrun.
