AppleTV originals - Does anyone even have AppleTV?

I’ve recently watched Ted Lasso and I thought it was a great show. It was the right amount of wholesome, funny, and storytelling. The character building is also great and I’m hoping season 3 is just as great.

Severance is really great and unique and interesting. Foundation was a dumpster fire.

For All Mankind is probably one of the best streaming shows around, and its got 3 seasons under its belt.

Apple TV+ is probably the most creative of all of them, their brand is basically "We'll give some pocket change to some really creative people with neat ideas, the only requirement is that its PG-13 and has to be slightly aspirational". They also have See, Physical, the BBC style docu about Dinosaurs, and a bunch other neat shit.

i liked the dinosaur doc they had and the beer run movie they have coming soon looks interesting. other than that, im not interested in the service overall

Apple gets to stuff it's subscriber count by giving free subs to people who buy hardware, it's slightly misleading, and good investors can sniff it out.

Greyhound was cool; the first episode of Ted Lasso was interesting, and then it went somewhere else entirely; Severence is good. It feels like Apple wants the more artsy producer crowd, and I'm happy they no longer have B-movie budgets.

I like the show but season 3 was pretty weak, i think it went too hard on character drama and ignored cool space shit, season 2 was the peak with the moon marines and shit, dare i say it was almost like man in the high castle, i.e shit.
