Technically orcs count as elves in Elder Scrolls even if the other races consider them a "beast" race. Khajiit might also be related to bosmer according to their own creation myth; possibly supported since there's some Khajiit subspecies that just look like bosmer with cat tattoos.

One of my forts had two trade depots, one of them was for the elves. That had a lever to flood it and drown whoever was in it. You could wait until they'd unloaded their goods for you, then give them a nice final bath. Elfblinka.
