It's hard to find games with fandoms that aren't overrun with trannies because trannies being unemployed and terminally online are naturally good at finding all of the actually good videogames. If a game is good and has a sizeable community, 95% chance its overrun by trannies.

Most people already mentioned the most important points. But judging from my experiences, the most important point is to be in control. Make your own community. Control who gets to participate. Lend administrative power only to individuals that are not mentally insane and don't get corrupted by power. What game or games get played at that point is secondary.

Mount and Blade maybe. Devs are turks and most of the fans are europoors. I've never heard any tranny related comments in gamechat(only text chat exists in-game) or big discussions regarding them on community platforms. Gamechats are either apolitical or reminiscent of what you'd expect 10+ years ago(occasional racial banter and calling eachother fags). Granted, player counts across all the various vanilla/dlc/mod servers are well off their peaks and you could probably find tranny infestations in Discord like any other game or topic.

There are mods that let you marry same sex nobles, but in the grand scheme of things that isn't too big of a deal. Bannerlord does get rid of the penalties for playing female which is a bit of a shame, because I honestly think the social disadvantage is kind of fun. But since Bannerlord is the prequel to Warband, my headcanon is that Lady Rhaega starting the civil war led to all of Calradia realizing women shouldn't be trusted with power
