Are Viruses Real?

As you've posted before, the terminology in the papers is not always clear to what they actually mean or did, the interviewers actually help make it clearer in this case. It would take me at least that long to read and understand a paper like that anyway.

Your profile picture checks out.
I feel ya. Its also kinda how I feel about people like aforementioned flat-earthers, and of course, people like you. But I don't even know what to call you. Anti-Virologist? Virology denier? Counter Cootie Culture? Christian Scientist?

There are just too many labels in 2023, and I don't want to mislabel someone. That would be a heckin microaggression. But how the hell is a brother supposed to keep up?

Do you have a source on that?

Source?

A source. I need a source.

Sorry, I mean I need a source that explicitly states your argument. This is just tangential to the discussion.

No, you can't make inferences and observations from the sources you've gathered. Any additional comments from you MUST be a subset of the information from the sources you've gathered.

You can't make normative statements from empirical evidence.

Do you have a degree in that field?

A college degree? In that field?

Then your arguments are invalid.

No, it doesn't matter how close those data points are correlated. Correlation does not equal causation.

Correlation does not equal causation.

CORRELATION. DOES. NOT. EQUAL. CAUSATION.

You still haven't provided me a valid source yet.

Nope, still haven't.

I just looked through all 308 pages of your user history, figures I'm debating a glormpf supporter. A moron.

Super late to the tard fight, but I was given a statement when I was on nitrous that said "where the macro and micro meet, there you will find God." I've seen the evidence that NASA outright fakes many of their space photos, so I can get on board with the "viruses don't exist" train what with the arguments set forth by other members. Really really big and really really small are areas we seem to struggle with as humans. Especially I will point out that we already know that simply observing matter can change the nature of the substance being observed (double slit experiment) which casts electron microscopy on teeny 'organisms' into doubt, imo. What effect does the observation have on the observed?

I am waking and baking so take that into consideration lmao. Just a rando contemplating shit.

Insofar as the vax, myself and my SO are still pureblood. We both got that nasty respiratory thing going around in the fall (and our obese neighbor had to go to ICU). When I went to the ER they didn't ask nor test for Covid. I had pneumonia (they said) but the antibiotics they gave me didn't seem to do much of anything, and I tossed the steroids because I was getting aggressive as fuck. Like, I WILL fight you right now aggro. All better now except an ear issue. This is the only time either of us has had anything more than a small cold since the Varus hit.

eta: sorry about your pops @Sniperwoof

It's a known fact that simply giving your attention to something can change it, you're right. But we don't even have to get into quantum physics, the very physical mechanical procedures that cells are subjected to in electron microscopy itself render the whole process as little more than a cultish ritual. It has the same level of scientific legitimacy as a witch pouring a bunch of rotting liquids into a cauldron and calling it a medicinal potion.

This is the same argument that creationists use to say evolution is evil because Hitler supported evolution and used Darwinian tenets to govern society and kill people. The reason why the only place for you is the clown show is precisely because the public health freaks want to lump in everyone who opposes their silly mRNA vaxx (which is not a vaccine) or its accompanying mandates together with people like you. I oppose mRNA vaxx, mask mandates, and lockdowns because they are scientifically proven to be invalid. You oppose them because you believe in silly nonsense. It's like how I oppose the Artemis Program because it's a waste of taxpayer money for little scientific gain but a flat earther opposes it because they don't believe anyone can travel to space.

So I'm literally Hitler now?

I've mentioned this earlier in the thread, but what people have done is deify Science, Technology, and Medicine despite the fact that all if these are tools used by people. And people are flawed. More and more I see the Murray Gell-Mann Effect at work. Glitches in computers, vehicles being recalled, misinformation online, etc. Yet, despite all this, people still talk about doctors as if the practice itself makes you part of some priesthood of do-gooders, peforming god's work.

EDIT:

Oh, I guess a new thread was made?

mate, if you can't recognise pasta when you're chewing on it, I'm not surprised if you fall for obvious lies like "viruses aren't real".

I was just making a joke at your expense. You don't have to be a sperg about it. Just mark my posts as dumb or something in exchange for actual discussion, you seem to be good at that.

If viruses don't exist then what defeated the ineffective coof vaccines

Checkmate sweaties :smug:

By not accepting the retard juice in the first place, of course.

Also, it's really telling how the one person who actually had anything interesting to say was instantly bombarded by anime pfps who zero'd in on strawmanning and ad homina.

Viruses aren't real, so are bacteria not real too.

I have never seen an Eskimo either, what a stupid gayop. Imagine, thinking there are people, who are chinkypoos living on the North Pole and eating only whale fat. Eating only one thing makes you sick. The North Pole is also sea, not land, so are they half fish?

Eskimos are a deep state conspiracy to make you feel bad for whales.
