Ok ok, maybe not too arrogant, but I think maybe too serious. I think it's something that's been happening since the zoophile leaks, and how it seems any time people from the outside praise the farms, they seem to think it's some sort of internet vigilante hub. Felix had a point originally there that people need to learn to relax. Yeah he might not listen to his own advice, and yeah we're going through some shit right now and there are some things on this site that are quite the bummer, but it is important at the end of the day to remember that this site was made to laugh at a retard, which then expanded to laughing at lots of other retards. Is it arrogant to act like we're something more than that? I don't know, but it's important to always remember our roots.

Will this essay give me a passing grade?

He did it for weeks on end in the comfy shitposting (supposed to be) non-political PM chain. Everyone, literally everyone, told him to shut up and fuck off but you know he won't let it lie. Can't get threadbanned from a PM so it drove me mad.

That PM chain had got to almost 3k pages with no arguments until Felix showed up. Airing his shit out here got him to leave it though, finally. Well doing that then insulting him for another week straight did.

Not weird at all, and given that he had an immediate family member commit suicide, that increases the odds for their family and close friends for doing the same thing by around 20%, if I remember correctly.

Sorry for double post but I can't edit my last one anymore, and maybe I have trolls remorse, but wanted to get this out anyway since I'm sure thegooddoctor is still lurking. Too long for the profile post I wrote it for, so sticking it here in a spoiler for length.


Despite being annoyed and ranting at you, I am genuinely concerned for your welfare, @thegooddoctor. Please, for the sake of your family and not wanting to put them through the devastating grief they've already suffered for a second time, if nothing else, please don't do anything to harm yourself, or anyone else. I'm sure this whole thing has been upsetting for you, but none of this is serious enough that you can't come back from it. You know what this place is like, 90% of it is is just people shitposting for a laugh. Just take some lessons from it and put them to good use. You said I made some good points, so please listen to the following! Genuinely meant in good faith.


1. Clean up your online messes. Wipe what you can and make secure, brand new accounts unconnected to your real identity or previous usernames/passwords/emails. Follow Null's advice in his cyber security threads. Not just because of risks of doxing, but data collection etc. Forget this current account, it's burned. If you must come back to the farms, and I'd recommend you at least take a long break and don't spend so much time here; then take this time while registrations are closed to lurk only, create an new account completely unconnected to anything else when the time comes, and don't leak so much personal info or try to use the farms or other online places as a social life substitute.

2. Talk to your fam and definitely a professional psychotherapist (not a psychiatrist or generic counsellor, but someone trained in psychotherapy) about your social skills, lack of boundaries, grief, any other issues. You've reached the point of getting police warnings, that means it's time to take it seriously and figure out why you obsess over people and go over the edge, and how to stop.

3. Spent less time online, more IRL, doing some things you enjoy, but also pushing yourself outside of your comfort zone, with some professional support, and do something that involves giving back to others. Do some voluntary work for the homeless or an animal shelter, whatever appeal to you, but where you're doing something for people with less than you. It can really add some meaning, purpose and fulfilment to your life, and you meet some really decent, good hearted people among the other volunteers and workers.

4.Don't focus so hard on trying to make people like you or become your best friend, focus only on getting to know them, while respecting their space and taking the hint if they back away or don't respond right away. You make friends by being a good friend, not by clinging to and badgering people. That only drives others away, as you've seen happen in your own life.

5. Don't give up. You're still only in your mid-twenties. Old enough to start sorting your shit out, but plenty young enough to start over and put all this behind you, I promise you.
