Among Chris's inventive creations are... an unemployed autistic man with one deceased parent, who spends his time on a notorious internet forum! I wonder if Chris ever draws from life in his writing.

It means you believe that you are better than anybody else, have exaggerated sense of your own importance.
I don't know how this helps us reach any meaningful conclusion.
