I feel a lot of it depends on how the courts rule on President Shitpants mandate.
If they strike it down a lot of employers aren't going to bother with the mess.
If it goes through expect a small % of holdouts to cave in the face of losing their careers.
The real question is how they are going to try and force booster shots for the non-Covidians.

I'm not gonna take it. Non vaccinated people here in Austria are treated like social parriahs and outcasts/villains by the illegitimate goverment who has brainwashed at least half of the population here with state funded media. They've been long exposed, but people seem to rather cling on an outdated strategem by the goverment that has proven to be wrong more than once. There's also the fact that as a relatively young and healthy male with no prior health issues I feel no need to take a vaccine that is pushed by goverment who has made a deal with big pharma companies like Pfizer, J&J and Moderna, while there are other methods and vaccines that have proven to be efficient agains covid, yet are apparently NOT seen as legitimate/don't count. I really makes me no longer wanting to live in this land - even if next year it were to pass, my trust and faith in the ( average ) people in this country has fallen bellow zero and I am disgusted by them.
There is research going on by Swiss and Austrian companies for a propper vaccine ( with dead virus ) that would have few to no side effects, but we'll have to wait until April apparently - and even then, I don't think I'd take it since it would mean I would make myself complicit in this fascistic "If you're vaccinated you can have your freedoms back" mentality.

Got jabbed today because they restricted the public swimming pool and that's the only sport I enjoy and attend on a regular basis.

Well my vaccinated coworker had a seizure and went to the hospital. Just got a call from HR to go home and take a covid test because a coworker I had contact with tested positive for covid. Great.
edit: Just in case its not clear, the vaccinated coworker who got the seizure out of no where is the one who managed to get covid.

It does indeed help prevent you from getting infected and spreading the virus to others. It's just not 100% effective. Anti-vax Kiwi Farmers have a condition called crippling autism, which means they think anything that isn't 100% effective is automatically 0% effective.
Lol no it doesn't. If you get exposed to a strain that does that, then yes, it does mean you'd get it. But if you were unvaxed, you'd still get that same strain if you were exposed. It's the same odds. I know you have proven yourself to be inept at math involving percentages and at understanding basic risk assessment (as well as concepts of biology), but man, you are really setting new lows here. I get it, you hate society and think things like drunk driving should be legal and public health laws shouldn't exist, but most of us enjoy going to restaurants and not having to worry about the restaurant serving food with bugs in it.

If one is exposed to the virus, and is unvaccinated, it doesn't matter which strain it is, the effects are the same. If one is exposed to the virus, and is vaccinated, then the resistant strain would affect them. The odds of the person getting the resistant strain still doesn't change.
Go back to cleaning the turtle cages at Petco and seething about how you are forced to abide by laws despite your mom telling you you're special, because it's obvious you don't understand statistics or percentages or even basic concepts of biology.
Some of us like living in a civilization. If you want to live in a place where chefs can shit in your food because you hate laws for society's good, then go to Somalia or something. Me, I prefer not eating shit.
