For a third dose, is moderna or pfizer optimal for someone that took 2 moderna dose.

When I got my booster they said to me that pfizer boosters were suggested rather than moderna even if you already had 2 moderna doses.
It's the heart inflamation for the less than 30 year old I guess.

What are your thoughts on that folks?
