It's because he knows the odds are in the Hulkster's favor. All the available evidence points to the vaccine being less deadly than the coof itself. People just aren't dying from the vaccine like they are from COVID (even if the COVID death rate is inflated and the vaccine death rate is suppressed).

Admittedly this is a schizo take with no evidence, but annual vaccine/booster mandates are how I'd personally roll out gradual mass sterilization on a global scale if I were a psychopathic, satanic, pedophilic oligarch attempting to address overpopulation and climate change.

If Badungus is equally as schizo as me, that might explain why he wants to know the Hulkster's sperm count.

Honestly, if the Hulkster prematurely dies before a year passes, he could nominate an IRL person he knows beforehand to post a posthumous tribute post in his name, promising to give Beetlejuice the promised amount in BAT or whatever.

So, if the vaccine or alleged obesity or any other health-related matter takes out the Hulkster within a year's time, that sounds like a fair basis for a bet.
