Why are you anti-vaxers terrified of the spike protein from the vaccine, but you find the spike protein from covid itself to be no big deal when the spike protein from the vaccine has shown to be much safer?
Because people are concerned about the contents of the vaccine in terms of capsids, lipids, liver processing, clotting due to spike protein generation, and more importantly the potential for reverse transcription of mRNA, thus creating spike proteins in quantities or in perpetuity.
By far, the mRNA is the most worrying aspect of the concoction, followed by the spike protein generation, followed by the organ damage, followed by the materials within the vaccine. From anecdotal evidence I have only seen people who have taken the vaccine seem to have low level issues that get diagnosed as "long-covid" like a tuberculosis style cough.
Of course, the main anti-vax argument on top of all of this, is that the claims of efficacy have been disproven to be "12 percent effective" against omicron, and of course the disease being very survivable, if not uncomfortable. Which of course goes back to prophylaxis involving the Zelenko protocol, and the usage of early treatment methods for stopping viral replication. The reason why so many people are promoting things like hydroxychloroquine, is because those substances have been shown to stop viral replication which theoretically is a better strategy than creating artificial immunity through exposure. The entire idea behind vaccination is to expose someone to aspects of a disease to train the body to fight back. But if you can inhibit the virus itself in vitro, then you can have the immune system destroy the weakened virus by itself. Or perhaps even prevent the virus from replicating within the host upon exposure.
Vaccines are not as good as cures, and prophylaxis, that is the prevailing theory and opinion behind anti-vaxxers who are also worried about adulterants, and stabilizers having a negative effect, which has been proven before. Thiomersal for example, is no longer used in vaccines because of the negative effects attributed to it. This of course, comes from long term observation and study which is another thing that "Operation Warp Speed" ignored. Of course "Warp Speed" was a Trump(tm) program, so If i'm some Trump stooge, why wouldn't I just trust him and get the vaccine? Why would I make my situation more precarious based on my own assumptions if I was some partisan player like you?

Science is based on questioning a hypothesis based on observation, and then testing to prove or disprove a hypothesis. You're not into science. You would call a scientific observation, or hypothesis a "conspiracy" and then label the scientist a "conspiracy theorist" for not believing whatever "99 percent" of doctors believe in.

If you look at history, scientists were the original conspiracy theorists. Disagreeing with Ptolemy 's placement of the Earth as the center of the galaxy. Disagreement over the elliptical transit of the planets around the sun. Disagreement over Pluto being a planet. All of these things arose from questioning the prevailing scientific or even religious opinion of the time.
You are a modern day Lysenkoist who will value scientific opinion, over science itself. There are still arguments to be had over basic assumptions. The large and the small, the microscopic, and macroscopic cause scientists to re-appraise foundational knowledge all the time. Quantum and speculative physics is at odds with Classical physics all the time beyond the point of testing and observable phenomena.
At the very base of all of this is a question that will be answered and re-answered until it is no longer necessary. That is the heart of scientific inquiry, and exploration.
