I'd have to get like seven lobotomies to be as retarded as him. Plus lobotomies are not even performed anymore. They've been shown to be harmful and have been replaced with electroshock therapy (which has been shown to be somewhat beneficial to some conditions) and psychosurgery (which removes certain parts of the brains for certain conditions when needed). Both are extremely rare, though.
