Long story short, a friend of mine recently got hired at a pizza chain, and he noticed two things. 1: everyone who worked there was solely Spanish speaking with little English/hispanic to some extent (He was quite literally hired because he spoke English and knew how to work with food) and 2: he has a sneaking suspicion that there are illegals working at the place. He's been there for a shift or two now, and he's thinking of calling ICE. Should he?

some pros and cons to consider:

Pros: illegals out of America, great! More hours potentially due to them having to restaff. Also, big chain in the US, but only location within 30 minutes for a lot of people outside a pizza hut and some shitty local place.
Cons: what if they find out who called, also the application deliberately states that you had to be able to pass a I-9 to work there

Call them. If they are illegal, then they clearly shouldn't be here taking jobs and money from those who went through the immigration process legally or were born here. While I have sympathy for the poor bastards, it's the law and the rules. And there's no exception. If they can't speak English, then don't come and illegally immigrate to a country where the majority of the legal population is English speaking.
