And by respond, he said "there was a conversation, I just didn't tell you all because his mom died", but then doesn't actually specify if he's still around or not, only that he thinks it's very clear they were jokes and that people should stop talking about it, and now people are sucking Arin's dick HARDCORE in the comments and attacking anyone who's questioning if he's actually fired by downplaying the problem that "people are firing Ben over thumbnails", while simultaneously asking Arin what the context actually is behind the Tweet.
He couldn't even half-ass being SILENT about it. AND THEN HE HALF-ASSED HIS OWN BLURB ON TWITTER AND DIDN'T EVEN ADDRESS THE PROBLEM THAT THE TIKTOKER WAS 14 AND THAT IT WAS GOING ON FOR YEARS!

The wording of the tweet, and the fact the video titles still reek of Ben, makes it seem like they still have him on.
For a dude who supports BLM and saying FUCK to the police system, leaving Ben on after people caught him making pedophile like comments (Jokes or not) at an underage man is the exact same mindset as leaving racist officers on the force who abuse black people because you told them that was bad.
By not ACTUALLY taking real action and showing you don't allow this in your company you're excusing comments like that just once. It shouldn't be just once Arin, let alone when the dude has a fucking history of making comments at Sartorius. If you make a sexual comment about a coworker at your job, and they report it as sexual harrasment, your ass is usually fucking out of there because they're not tolerant of that.
Also what the fuck is this excuse "His Mom is dying, I didn't want to bring it up". You fucking retard, you can tell people he's going through a rough time or even that someone in his family passed away in mention not by who they are. Staying completely dark on the subject for this long when it's a pretty big fucking issue is going to cause excuses like this to fall flat even if they are valid. It's better to admit that there is a problem and we're working it out in detail, especially when you run a goddamn business. You can go into the finer points later, but this whole issue and the pruning of comments on the channel and subreddit just made this issue blow up even more then it should have.
The entire process should have been just this
-Allegations are made, tweets are found
-Brought to Arin's attention
-Arin makes a comment he will look into it
-Shortly after reviewing the information he should have just retweeted a tweet Ben made about his mom dying so that way Arin can still make his full analysis
-Then a post comes out, he goes into all of the info "We're intolerant of these types of comments" and then says that Ben has officially left Game Grumps because no matter if it was a joke, we don't allow this in our business
-Gets clout from the lovelies, and everyone here can actually commend him for making a good fucking decision considering it's all archived in this fucking thread
But no, we get a vague answer, which is leading people into posting on the tweet and liking comments about what is actually done. "Is he still working for you?" "Are you going to let him stay despite the evidence?" "Are you in some way defending a man who made pedophile like comments (even in a joking manner) who represents your business?"
All of this should be fucking obvious to figure out, and in the wave of the Smash Bros #Metoos and the people being wrung out in the FGC, this is the time to actually have a positive impact for Grumps, and Arin as a person/manager.
Then again this is the same dude known shitting his pants live during a recording. That may be asking for too much.
