I don't remember a lot of the humor from the Jon era being from incidental stories, but I could be wrong. I haven't watched GG in years.

They also already tried this with The G Club, and not only did it get piss poor views because no one liked it: they - for some reason - decided to only stick to one single topic throughout several hours with absolutely 0 room for tangents, and then ran out of subjects of interest to cover. After only a few months of weekly episode uploads.

They already tried that, and while they did get piss poor views (I think?) they were actually kind of good. Arin sounded... kind of like an actual human with actual thoughts, there was no Dan, and Barry was on almost every episode. They were actually kind of good if you ask me (carried by Barry), and I think that the worst one had to be the one Susy was on. If I'm remembering right, she'd often start going off onto these confused rants and eventually be stopped and told 'well, it was more like this', like she was jumping in just to sound like she knew anything.

They were actually a pretty good time because like you said it was something they were (probably) happier doing. I'll add there was also no video, strictly audio, so no need to put on faces for a camera or anything. It was an experience I don't think the lovlies could pervert in any sort of way.

Seriously maybe this will matter if anything about him being Israeli were even slightly relevant, but it's pretty obvious that there is no antisemitism in the accusations. The kids on tumblr say everything is some kind of -ist these days. Honestly, even if the accusations were based on antisemitism, I don't know if it would matter anyway, since it seems like he's not getting any fallout. I'm gonna stick to munching my popcorn and watching this either way.

Is that an actual thing or just a joke? If so I'd not expect Dan to get anything done, as far as I'm aware he shows up to record and mostly is on his phone during that too.

I do actually recall some chatter about Jon getting 'replaced with a jew' but it was mostly 4chan claptrap. Everyone forgets that Barry is jewish though he doesn't wear a star of david leotard so you could easily forget.
 
Arin just isnt funny anymore. He should just retire so he can stop being cringe. Its not 2008 anymore egoraptor

This has been one of the more consistent issues with Game Grumps since day one, really. Nine times out of ten they have little to no interest in the game they're playing, it's something they've picked out to get views or just to use as a backdrop, and it shows in the quality of the gameplay. Even when playing a bad or broken game most Let's Players or streamers will at least try to play to the best of their ability because they know fumbling around in a single area for too long will exhaust conversation topics, but the Grumps don't care. As long as they've talked about whatever bollocks comes to mind while Arin halfheartedly pushes buttons for half an hour, job's done.

Arin is never going to come out as trans. He's discussed his feelings before on Game Grumps, on how he likes playing as girl characters, but he's not a girl himself.
Now, I believe he is a crossdresser (which he's done publicly as a joke many times before), a sissy (as revealed in his exposed history on livestream), or an autogynephile. But not trans. Arin know he isn't trans, and he will never come out. He'll keep that shit in the bedroom.
