Ah, yet again the grumps and co find themselves in the featured section.
I know a lot of posts revolve around how Supermega didn't notice, but I theorize they did somewhere early on, or at least they stepped in and said something. Matt and Jackson were practically childhood friends, and Matt allowed Jackson to stay with him while they all got their footing in LA. I can see them excusing a lot of these payments and not realizing some of the more atrocious ones. They may be cited in the document now, but just from how Matt and Ryan are, I can see them seeing the first few months of payments on the card being food, groceries, other miscellaneous items, and decided not to do anything about it and left it alone.
Maybe it's a bit of a good-faith argument, but I just refuse to believe anyone would be too retarded to notice tens of thousands of dollars being flushed down the drain.
 
Everyone involved in this is retarded. You don't accidentally use the wrong card for more than two years. Maybe once or twice but normal people would try and pay it back. But Tucker needs a lawsuit to pay back his friends/bosses. Also do Ryan and Matt not check their bank statements? This shits been going on for more than two years. Do they not have an accountant? Fucking dumbasses.
 
Game Grumps sure do suck nowadays, but i still enjoy the Monopoly videos,s peaking of wich, they started a new game four days ago, and haven't released the second part, come to think of it, only two videos in like four days? Wonder if it has something to do with the Supermega shit going on or somebody dun goofed.

I suspect that this is a pretty simple case. A ton of unregulated money is available with a magic credit card. Surely no one would use this opportunity to spend company money on personal items, right? Well, since everyone says they are innocent, then there's really only one possibility.

JonTron has been hacking into the account and stealing money. That guy puts out like what, 2 videos a year? No way he can live off of that.

I think Jon and his crew get contract work of some kind too, right? Might just be speculating but seeing him pop up in a random advertisement for some mobile game makes me believe that.
